We selected Patti based on her experience selling homes in our area. I know many of these letters start off with talking about what a “help” this person was, and that “the assistance” provided was great. I can’t write that because Patty didn’t help or provide assistance; she handled the entire aspect of the sale, from inception through to the wiring of the money, without my having to do anything. So, if anything I could say I helped her out a bit, mainly by staying out of her way. But to say she “helped” or was “of assistance” would be a gross downplaying of what she did. I met Patty at a very difficult time in my family’s recent past, and from the moment I decided to list the property with her, I didn’t have to deal with that portion of our lives.
